Will Rehrig is the CEO of Rehrig Pacific Company.  He is the fourth-generation leader of the company that was started by his great-grandfather in 1913.  Starting at an entry level engineering position, Will worked in a variety of roles before becoming President in 2005.  Today he is passionate about his company’s culture and is focused on making sure Rehrig Pacific’s values of Family, Service, Growth, Intrepreneurship, and Innovation remain at the center of how Rehrig operates.

Originally a manufacturer of wooden shipping boxes, Rehrig Pacific evolved into a manufacturer of plastic containers in the mid-sixties.  Today Rehrig Pacific produces reusable material handling containers for a number of Fortune 500 companies including, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Waste Management, Anheuser-Busch, Dean Foods, and Kroger.  In addition to its core plastic products, Rehrig Pacific brings value to its customers through labor services and technology solutions. Rehrig’s customers are served by 7 manufacturing plants and 9 service centers in the US and one manufacturing plant in Mexico.  These facilities employ over 2000 people.  Rehrig Pacific’s culture of service and innovation has led to a strong portfolio of intellectual property that makes it a market leader in North America.  Outside North America, these strengths have led to numerous licensing opportunities.  He enjoys reading, running and spending time with his four children, his five sisters and their families.
