Norris Tie

Co-Founder of ExosonicAfter graduating from UCLA with an Aerospace Engineering degree, Norris spent three years working in aerospace for companies like Lockheed Martin Skunk Works and Virgin Galactic, all on vehicles that fly faster than the speed of sound. In these roles, he was a propulsion engineer for supersonic or hypersonic vehicles, conducting cycle analysis, performing wind tunnel tests, and analyzing rocket hot fire data. He’s been passionate about faster commercial flight since a young age and has dedicated his career to making it happen. Upon graduating from Stanford with an MBA, he started Exosonic with Tim, his co-founder and CTO, to achieve his passion.
