Mia M Fujii, Director, Academic Enablement, Siemens Digital Industries Software, has over 28 years in Technical Support, Sales, Services and Business Development Management experience.  As Americas License Compliance Director, she was responsible for the US, Canada, Meso and Latin America before moving into the Americas Academic team.  Mia’s background in Electrical Engineering involved support of analog and digital simulation tools at an Aerospace and Defense software service provider for customers like Boeing, Rockwell, and Hughes (now Raytheon).  She quickly expanded her territory to include providing electrical and mechanical design software to the Southwest territory, where she achieved the Golden Eagle, CEO Award and Inner Circle recognition for top performance achievement.  

Mia is the current Executive Sponsor for the Women’s Impact Network Employee Resource Group at Siemens Digital Industries Software.  She is a member of the 100 Women Strong (CSULB) and: UC Berkeley Edge in Tech/Leadership Roundtable, as well as Advisory boards: UCLA MAE, ARCS OC, UC San Diego IDEAS, UC Riverside Design Thinking, CSULB CECS, UCI MECPS, HCC, and she is active with student programs such as the NASA L’Space program (ASU).
