UCLA MAE alumnus Dr. Hanchen Huang was appointed the UMass Dartmouth Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. Dr. Huang was a student of UCLA MAE Professor Nasr Ghoniem. Huang graduated from UCLA with a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering in 1995, with a concentration in Applied Plasma Physics and Fusion Engineering, and minors in Applied Mathematics and Materials Engineering. Congratulations Dr. Huang!
