Juliett Davitian to give highlighted talk at upcoming APS/DFD conference

A recent press release from the American Institute of Physics highlights 8 talks (out of 1500 total) at the upcoming American Physical Society/Division of Fluid Dynamics conference, to be held Nov. 23-25, 2008 in San Antonio, TX. Among the 8 highlighted talks is one given by MAE doctoral student Juliett Davitian, who is completing her PhD this month. The title of Davitian's APS presentation is "Open Loop Control of Self-Excited Transverse Jets", which will describe research conducted in the UCLA Energy and Propulsion Research Laboratory under the supervision of Prof. Ann Karagozian.
