Proposed magnetic pendulum array for ULF transmitting

Brief Description:
Oscillating magnetic dipoles in a small package can radiate electromagnetic energy at one kHz without requiring a half-wavelength antenna (ultra long). This low frequency radiation can pass through ground and water.

Approach:
Develop an array of magnetic pendulums that will be driven by speaker coils. Modify the bias field to modulate the frequency.
